Best travel period

Singapore has a tropical rainforest climate. This means that it is hot and humid all year round. Twice a year it is monsoon season, from June to September and again from December to March. Here it can rain for days and it is only if you are lucky that you can glimpse the sun behind the gray rain clouds. In general, therefore, spring is the best time to travel as there are not as many rainy days and the humidity is lower than other times of the year. The average temperature is about 27-29 degrees during the spring months. However, it is always a good idea to bring an umbrella so you are prepared for the sudden downpours.
